Six Months

Yesterday, Shelby turned 6 months old! As with every milestone, we sing Happy Birthday to her. She weighs about 17 lbs., 13 oz. She had to go to the doctor yesterday for a reaction to her ear infection medicine. Turns out she is allergic to penicillin like me. She broke out in a little bit of a rash yesterday and went to the doctor to get it checked out. She slept through the whole doctor's visit, snoring. It was pretty funny. She wasn't phased at all.

She's trying to sit up some and if we put her in a sitting position on her blanket, she does pretty good to keep herself up. She did roll over over the weekend at my mom's house but I think that was a fluke. Shelby gets more tummy time and seems to be enjoying it a little more. Her personality is developing and that is so much fun to watch. She is enamored with Abby, one of our dogs.
